INQ SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
We make every endeavour to dispatch items shown as in stock within 2 working days of receipt of order. Items are sent via tracked courier with 2 working day delivery times. There are extended delivery times for more remote postcodes. For bespoke orders please allow up to 21 working days for delivery although in many cases this will be less.
Orders are processed only once payment in full has been received.
Once an order has been dispatched, an email will be sent notifying you of this and an estimated delivery date.
Goods lost or damaged in transit are fully insured by our shippers.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the specified time please contact us immediately.
Please contact us if you would like a quote to ship internationally. Additional import taxes, customs duties and fees may apply to orders placed for shipment outside of the UK. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please note that any customs clearance procedures incurred may delay original shipping estimates.
International customers choosing to return an order must state ‘RETURNED ITEMS’ on all packages or you may be liable for additional charges levied by UK customs.
Inq Studio Ltd is not a VAT registered company so the prices on this website are not liable to 20% VAT costs. Customers outside of the EU will therefore not receive a deduction in sales tax.
All items returned for exchange or refund must be received within 14 days of original receipt. Customers must provide notification of their intent to return any item to Inq Studio within 5 days of receipt via the contact form on this website prior to making a return.
Items must be returned in perfect unopened condition for a full refund. Any used or altered merchandise will not be accepted. Items listed in a SALE section are considered final sale and may not be returned. Customers are liable for return and and reshipment costs on exchanged items and Inq Studio will not be liable for items lost in transit on return.
Refunds to Paypal can take up to 30 days and are subject to Paypal refund regulations.
The right to cancel and return for a refund does not apply to personalised goods or goods made to a customer's specification. This includes all bespoke custom orders either placed via the website or over the phone.
